SERVICES
The full journey, designed. Every detail handled. Then yours to live.
Most families who come to Numinous Sights don't lack the desire to travel ambitiously. What they lack is the time, the knowledge, and the confidence to build a journey that works — for the destination they actually want, with children of the ages they actually have, at a level that doesn't require compromising on everything that made them love travel in the first place.
This is where I come in. I design, research and book the entire journey — flights, hotels, transfers, experiences — chosen with the same rigour and taste I apply to my own family's travel. Not a selection of options for you to sort through. A complete, considered itinerary, ready to live.
By the time you leave, you won't need me. That's the point.
Numinous Sights is not an on-call service. I am not the person on the other end of the phone when a flight is delayed or a transfer runs late. What I am is the person who has thought through every foreseeable scenario in advance, briefed you completely, and left you so well-prepared that you can handle whatever the journey offers — calmly, confidently, and with your attention where it belongs: on your family.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
1. The Conversation
We begin with a call. You tell me about your family — your children's ages, your travel history, what has worked and what hasn't. I listen for the trip you haven't been able to articulate yet. No forms, no questionnaires. Just an honest exchange about where you want to go and what kind of experience you're ready for.
2. The Full Design
I build the journey from the ground up. Flights routed for the least disruption with children. Hotels chosen for soul as much as comfort — boutique, locally owned, genuinely suited to your family. Transfers, experiences, restaurant reservations. Every element considered, every booking made. You receive a complete itinerary, not a starting point.
3. The Handover
Before you leave, I prepare a detailed travel document — every confirmation, every contact, every practical note your family needs. We go through it together on a final call. You depart knowing exactly what awaits, how to navigate it, and what to do if anything shifts. Thoroughly briefed families don't need rescuing. They travel well.
4. The Debrief
When you're home, we talk. What surprised you, what your children loved, what you'd do differently. It's partly for you — to process a trip worth processing — and partly for me, because every family that travels adds to what I know and what I can offer the next one.
